CSP violations caused by dynamic plugins should trigger a toast notification that advises the user to check the browser logs for specific details.

ConsolePlugin list page should include a column indicating whether the given plugin had any CSP violations.

AC:

• Show a toast notification whenever a CSP violation occurs for some plugin (once per each plugin). The message should point the user to browser logs.Should be only surfaced in Dev environment.
• ConsolePlugin list page has a column that shows whether any CSP violations occurred for the given plugin.
  • in case of no violations - render a check mark icon
  • in case of violations - render a warning icon with a tooltip, pointing the user to browser logs
