As a user, I want to be able to view details of an installed OLM v1 operator. From the list page, I want to be able to drill down into individual items to see more detail by clicking them.

AC:

• Clicking a ClusterExtension item on the list page renders a ClusterExtension details page
• For now, this can just be the default resource details page
• There should be an e2e test to assert the above behavior

Non-goals:

• Custom details page features will be implemented in a future story
