Create a basic list page to show available packages from OLM v1 catalogs.
AC:
- Add additional proxy to the console server, for fetching Packages from OLM v1 catalogs from their service. Part of this is to figure out where the service will be living and how to interact with it (is there a client to use?).
- Fetch the available packages for the OLM v1 catalog a part of a console request.
- Research how the packages are connected to the Catalog, since they are not part of it anymore.
