The following secret util functions should be React components since they render text or React components:

• secretDisplayType => SecretFormTitle
• secretFormExplanation => SecretFormDescription
• secretFormFactory => SecretSubForm

Acceptance Criteria:

• The util functions have been refactored
• The new components have well-defined type definitions
• All usage of these functions has been updated to use the React component instead
• Console builds, runs, and passes all tests.
