QuickStartDrawer provides a PatternFly Drawer component.  As it stands, that Drawer can only be used for QuickStarts.  In the near future, it is likely we will have other uses for that Drawer than QuickStarts and should begin work to genericize the current QuickStartDrawer component so that it can be reused.

AC:

• QuickStartDrawer is made generic so that it can be reused for other purposes in the future
• The existing functionality of QuickStartDrawer is preserved (opens and displays QuickStarts)
