Add extension points to Events page

Lightspeed team wants to integrate with console via the events, bparees@redhat.com is leading the effort. For that we need to update the Events page, so the lightspeed dynamic-plugin can create a button and pass a callback to it, which would explain the given event.

AC: 

• Update the Events page to consume the existing extension which would be console.action/resource-provider extension
