I have identified a number of Protractor tests in static packages that are owned by other teams. They are as follows including who I believe to be the point of contact:

• dev-console (cjerolim) (done)
• knative-plugin (cjerolim) (done)
• kubevirt-plugin (tnisan@redhat.com)
• local-storage-operator-plugin (badhikar@redhat.com)
• network-attachment-definition-plugin (tnisan@redhat.com)

Additionally, there are a handful of tests in frontend/integration-tests/tests that I believe are owned by other teams. They are as follows including who I believe to be the point of contact:

• deploy-image.scenario.ts (cjerolim) (done)

AC:

• Announce to #forum-ocp-console list the timeframe by the end which these cypress tests will be disabled and that each owner needs to supply update.
• Regularly circle with team leads of each of the effected teams until all their tests are updated.
