As a developer, I want to perform a visual test of the pre merge patternfly package update to v5 pr:

Acceptance criteria:

• Use cluster bot to create an image with the pf changes from the pr
• visually test the changes to validate there are no rendering bugs from the upgrade
• Use the spreadsheet to log any bugs and track pages tested so that we can spread testing throughout the teams
