Currently when creating an OCP cluster multiple services/capabilities can be enabled/disabled, even during the clusters lifetime.

Currently cluster admin can disable/enable following capabilities on the CVO resource:

• openshift-samples
• baremetal
• marketplace
• Console
• Insights
• Storage
• CSISnapshot
• NodeTuning
• MachineAPI
• Build
• DeploymentConfig

Good example of a configuration page is the Dynamic Plugins tab for the Console operator CRD, where cluster admin can disable/enable a specific plugin.
