Dashboard of OpenShift Serverless Operator 1.29 throwing error 404: Page Not Found

Hello Team,

Recently, We got a few cases related to the issue mentioned in the summary. 

We saw that this was fixed with this BZ but we are able to reproduce it with 4.10.45 and earlier versions but it was not there on 4.10.62.

Reproducer:

• Use Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.10.45 and earlier version
• Install OpenShift Serverless 1.29
• Deploy Knative serving/eventing
• Access Serverless Dashboard

Expected Result:

Serverless Dashboard page available

Actual result:

Serverless Dashboard throws error  404: Page Not Found
