OperatorHub page shows wrong number of operators in 'Installed' state

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install some operators and wait for them successfully installed, in our case, we have 'Red Hat OpenShift Logging', 'Loki Operator' and 'Observability Operator' successfully installed $ oc get sub -A NAMESPACE NAME PACKAGE SOURCE CHANNEL openshift-logging cluster-logging cluster-logging redhat-operators stable openshift-observability-operator observability-operator observability-operator observability-operator-catalog candidate openshift-operators-redhat loki-operator loki-operator redhat-operators stable 2. Navigate to Operators -> Installed Operators page with 'All Projects' selected, 4 operators are shown successfully installed in the table(including 'Package Server') 3. Navigate to Operators -> OperatorHub page with 'All Projects' selected
Actual results:
3. we can see it shows only 2 operators are with 'Installed' status Install state: Installed(2)
Expected results:
3. since we have 3 operators installed successfully across all projects, we should show `Installed(3)` when All Projects is chosen also when some project is selected, the number of installed operators also wrong
