In the cluster dropdown we should show some cluster status as part of each cluster entry in the list of available clusters in the dropdown. We do not need to do this for MVP, but we need a story to track what our long term behavior should be. 

Acceptance criteria:

• Cluster status / connectivity status should be available in the cluster dropdown in a multi cluster environment.
