As a developer I will create a cypress test Switching from Spoke Cluster 1 to Spoke Cluster 2 from any page with namespace context and namespace does NOT exist and resource does NOT exist. This test will be added to the e2e multi cluster test suites to help the team not regress when adding code to console.
