Description

As a developer I will create a cypress test Switching Context to Spoke Cluster that has been deleted. This test will be added to the e2e multi cluster test suites to help the team not regress when adding code to console.

Acceptance critera:

Add a passing cypres test Switching Context to Spoke Cluster that has been deleted
add it to the multi cluster test suite
