As a developer I will create a cypress test that removes all other idps on the spoke cluster 1. This test will be added to the e2e multi cluster test suites to help the team not regress when adding code to console.

• Remove Kubeadmin & dont have any other IDPs except for SSO
•  

Acceptance critera:

• Add a passing cypres test to Remove all other IDPs on the Spoke Cluster 1
• add it to the multi cluster test suite
