As a developer I will create a cypress test that upgrades the cluster to adm and also mce. This test will be added to the e2e multi cluster test suites to help the team not regress when adding code to console.

Acceptance critera:

• create a passing test that upgrades the cluster to acm
• create a passing test that upgrades the cluster to mce
• add it to the multi cluster test suite
