Description of problem:

As the operator is defined as provided by "Red Hat, Inc " and not just "Red Hat", the console detects it as a non official Red Hat operator.

5.5.5. It is also in 5.6.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Go and install OpenShift logging operator

Actual results:

The console detects as a non Red Hat operator

Expected results:

No warning by the console is issued.
