Document untranslated strings

There are inconsistencies in translations especially the kinds and resource names for supported languages. Identify console strings which are non-translatable due to being dependent on resources. For example, the pod filter statuses is filtering the pod resource, so the filter values should be non-translatable. The aim of this story is to document non-translatable strings and verify these strings with the localization team and stakeholders. This document will act as a reference guide for non-translatable strings.

• Document non-translatable strings in co-operation with translation team
• Address the inconsistent for some strings that are non-translatable in other language(s)
• Create a best practice guideline for untranslated strings in the console repository using markdown, so its available publicly.
