Document any console SDK APIs, components, and extension points that have been deprecated to give customers notice before we remove them in a future release. If there is a replacement, we should document what the replacement is. (I assume this is done in the release notes, but we should follow what we do for other APIs.)

The ConsolePlugin resource has been promoted to v1, so we should document the v1alpha1 deprecation. We will need to check the code to see what else has been deprecated.

Additionally we should check if we previously deprecated any plugins APIs in 4.10 or 4.11, but did not release note those.
