Rename "master" to "control plane node" in node pages

As a developer, I want to change all occurrences of the string label "master" or "Master" to "control plane node" or "Control plane node" in any strings that are served by the client in the console.

Acceptance criteria:

• All occurrences of "master" or "Master" are removed from the locale json text files and replaced with "control plane node" or "Control plane node" across console.
