SPIKE: Investigate Core Package Exports for Shared-Plugin Package

We have a beta version of the package `@openshift-console/shared-plugin` (NPM) that needs to start supporting the weight of common components in the "core" `@openshift-console/dynamic-plugin-sdk` (NPM).

Acceptance Criteria

• Review all exported API from the core package to see what is not core package and propose tickets to support "moving" those items over to the shared-plugin package
  • All API should be deprecated and duplicated in the shared-package (not removed from the core)
