Upgrade Cypress to 8.5.0

Update console from Cypress 6.0.0 to 8.5.0. Changes that impact us:

• cypress run is headless by default
• cy.intercept URL matching is more strict
• Uncaught exception and unhandled promise rejection checks are more strict
