[R&D] Identify missing dynamic plugin APIs needed for admin list and details pages

We should pick one resource like the pods list and details pages and determine what APIs are missing from the dynamic plugin SDK that we'll need. The pods page is a good candidate since it covers capabilities like logs and terminal.
