We need to reevaluate the PatternFly overrides we have in place. After removing PF3/Boostrap dependency, we might be able to remove many. Overrides will cause problems when migrating existing PF apps to use dynamic plugins since we've tweaked the default styles.

Font size we might have to be careful with since it will cause problems for our tables, which need the horizontal space, particularly when the quick start sidebar is open.

The approach discussed is to move overrides from being global to being scoped so these overrides will not impact other parts of the console (or plugins).  The removal of overrides will be addressed in future work.
