Currently when creating a secret, the only way to add a pull secret to the default ServiceAccount is through the ServiceAccount YAML.  When creating or updating a pull secret, add an option in the form  to add or remove a secret from the default ServiceAccount.

In addition, this feature will remove the need for the "Not configured" modal on the Projects > Details screen.  Instead of the "Not configured", add a different link to create a new Secret screen (/k8s/ns/[namespace name]/secrets/~new/image).  Lastly remove the code for the "Default pull Secret" modal.
