Story: As a cluster admin of a single-node OpenShift deployment I want to be able to filter the OLM OperatorHub view for Operators that denote support for single-node clusters.
Background: Single-Node OpenShift is looking to become a more common deployment model of OCP clusters, especially in the context of 5G Telco providers and Edge deployments. Administrators of those clusters want to know upfront which Operators have been tested and are supported on such clusters.
Acceptance criteria:
- an additional value called sno is available in the operators.openshift.io/infrastructure-features field for Operator authors to denote support for Single-Node OpenShift (SNO)
- the console is able to filter by this value
- the display label should be Single Node Clusters
