Epic Goal

As a customer, I want to be able to send UI analytics from the OCP Console to my analytic tool choice(Segment.io, google analytics, adobe, Mixpanel), in order to understand what is important to my users and gauge their level of proficiency with Platform.  

Rules of engagement 

• Customers to connect their analytic service to the OCP Console.
• Opt-in model: Admins would explicitly have to set the configuration flags. i.e Segment.io token
• No PII data would be sent back.
• This would be an all-or-nothing for which metrics will be sent back.

Acceptance Criteria

• CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
• Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents
