We should do a text audit across management console and packages to ensure that we have good grammar in our i18n keys and that we're using consistent hard-coded K8sKind capitalization, etc. I've noticed multiple grammar errors and K8sKind inconsistencies, particularly in packages.

This may have translation impact, so we should do this sooner rather than later. We don't want to have to deal with last-minute translation updates before 4.8 code freeze.

This could also conflict with the namespace consolidation PR, so we should be careful files are not being adjusted at the same time by both projects.

Acceptance Criteria

• All messages in the console are reviewed, including messages in plugins
• The recommended updates are documented in some way (Google doc, Bugzilla bugs, etc.)
