Expose additional status info for pods/nodes/machines

Goal

We should surface more useful status and condition information for Pods and Nodes, including how long they've been in problematic states. We should also do the same for Machines.

Requirements

Pods

• Update Pending Unschedulable Pods to have a primary status of Unschedulable with a red error icon.
• Surface the status reason on the list view, details page status badge, and details page Status description list item.
• Update Overview Inventory card and add new filter to Pods list view.

Nodes

• For not ready Nodes, surface the status reason on the list view, details page status badge, and details page Status description list item.

Machines

• For failed Machines, surface the status reason on the list view, details page status badge, and details page Status description list item.
