Show operator version for update channels already on Install Operator page

      Description

      As an admin, I want to know which operator version I install when selecting the different "Update channels" on the Install Operator page.

      This information was shown great on the "Change Subscription Update Channel" modal when switching the update channel.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. CSV version should be displayed for each available update channel when installing an operator.
