[RHOCS Usability Study] Show attached PVC capacity on workload pages

Improve the PVC capacity representation on the Deployment page.

On the Deployment page, the user would like to see the capacity of PVC without drilling deep into each PVC to learn the size.

UX issue severity level: 4-Low (refer below mentioned doc for severity levels)

Attaching what appears to be the relevant screenshot from the deck. We don't have existing data passed into the table for this. We'll need to list any PVCs to get the sizes.
