We need to have a way to translate quick start content. These are planned to be contributed through a custom resource that currently has no way to provide translations for different languages. Ideally we would find a solution that works for other extension resources too like ConsoleLink and ConsoleCLIDownload.

Acceptance Criteria

Have a merged PR that updates the quick start enhancement with an implementable approach to translating quick starts.
