If Disk storage option is enabled in LimitadorCR (https://github.com/Kuadrant/limitador-operator/blob/main/doc/storage.md#disk) limitador deployment it gets stuck on Multi-Attach error due to the PVC volume. This also happens when operator is getting upgraded.

Workaround
You can change limitador deployment strategy to "Recreate" and that will cause the reconcile to work again.
