Current behaviour

Only the upstream documentation has any reference to setting up RHCL in a multi cluster environment.

Expected behaviour

The official documentation has at least the same content as the upstream documentation where appropriate. In the context of a multi cluster environment questions such as; "Does RHCL need to be installed on every cluster?" or "Does each cluster need a Gateway installed?" __ need to be answered.
