When we mirror and install rhcl-operator in a disconnected env, we will see ImagePullBackOff for a rhcl-console-plugin deployment.

Root Cause

The problem is that rhcl-operator doesn't define that image in csv relatedImages.
Which is the reason why the tool oc-mirror doesn't mirror the rhcl-console-plugin image.

Note that in versions 1.02, 1.1.0 and 1.1.0 the image was listed in relatedImages. But it is omitted in versions 1.2.0 and 1.2.1.

Workaround

Manually mirror the missing images as additionalImages using the tool oc-mirror and delete the impacted pod (the related deployment will recreate the pod).
