Goal:
Ability to create DNS Policy that manages/deletes a DNS record for a specified workload in the event that the health check on that workload goes into a bad state without incurring an NXDomain error. This policy should be enforceable to redirect to either a healthy workload of the same service or to even a custom error page in the event that the customer has set up said service.
