RHCL is a powerful tool, but it can be intimidating to approach and difficult to debug when issues occur. We need to improve the developer experience around using and developing policies with RHCL

• Improve the ability to debug and understand what happened when a data plane policy was executed for a request
• Improve the ability of policy developers to understand how to solve certain problems
• Reduce the overhead of learning and developing policies
