RHOAI will support multiple architectures including ARM. Since Authorino is a dependency for Kserve Serverless, it's necessary to have a built for this arch.

Identify the process involved with adding an additional architecture to a konflux build, helpful slack thread: https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C04PZ7H0VA8/p1753706314262139

Create a new branch in the authorino-product-build and authorino-operator-product-build repos named rhcl-1.2 for storing the build configuration for the RHCL 1.2 stream of authorino
Create a new application for authorino within Konflux, named rhcl-1-2-authorino, as we do not intend to ship arm builds as part of rhcl-1.1

Make the necessary changes to enable arm builds for authorino, authorino operator and authorino operator bundle, ensuring all PR validation builds and enterprise contracts are successful.
