Produce a working Konflux product build of the DNS Operator: https://github.com/Kuadrant/dns-operator

1. Add the Containerfile.dns-operator to https://github.com/rh-api-management/rh-connectivity-link,

2. Create a git submodule pointing to the main branch of https://github.com/Kuadrant/dns-operator

3. Create a PR with these changes, and then create a component in Konflux UI called rh-dns-operator, pointing to the Containerfile you just created.

4. Merge the automated konflux PR (Konflux)

5. Enable hermetic builds in the .tekton pipelines for this component, then get to work on making the build pass.
