The initial stream of Konflux builds will all be based on the latest changes to main upstream, serving as an alpha stream so that we can be informed of build issues that arise and have them fixed in time for the next downstream release. 

Once the alpha stream is set up and working, I will copy its configuration and create a seperate release stream for the stable stream
