Produce a working hermetic product build for the authorino component using Konflux. The Authorino Operator component build will depend on this.

• Create a new folder named rh-authorino in the https://github.com/rh-api-management/rh-connectivity-link repo.
• In this folder create a Containerfile.authorino containing the contents of this Dockerfile: https://github.com/Kuadrant/authorino/blob/main/Dockerfile
• Also create a submodule in this folder using `git submodule add https://github.com/Kuadrant/authorino/`
• Create a PR with all of these changes and ping me for approval.
• Once approved and merged, create a component named rh-authorino within the rh-connectivity-link-alpha product in konflux by pointing it to the rh-connectivity-link repositories alpha branch, and specifying the path to the Containerfile that you created
