Goal:

• To be able to use Image Builder within our Common Criteria workflow (simplifying the experience for customers), IB needs to generate ISOs for both IBM architectures - Power10 and s390x.
• Customers might be installing bare metal machines, so guest images are not enough.
• ISO will be hardened using the OpenSCAP integration, so this integration needs to work in this context.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Ultimate AC: Image Builder is able to produce ISO that will deploy as CC-configures system (specification can be provided by mhaicman@redhat.com ggasparb or mmarhefk@redhat.com) for s390x and power
