Goal:

• Get familiar with the structure of Fedora Workstation ISO.
• Implement a new image type in image builder that can build the same artifact. The new image type uses Web UI instead of the legacy UI.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Image builder is able to build the Fedora Workstation ISO for all architectures that it's currently available for.
• The new image type uses the new Web UI instead of the old UI.
• Since https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/ModernizeLiveMedia is an accepted change, it must be implemented in image builder.
• The new image type is demoed.

Out of scope:

• Any other functional changes than switching from the legacy UI to Web UI are out of scope. This epic is meant as an MVP, aka changing the build tooling without any user-facing changes.
