Acceptance criteria:

• Create a basic implementation for wireless network connections widget.
• It should be possible to connect to a wireless network with password

This is going to be a prototype, not enabled by default. So will not be visible to the users immediately.

The goal is to make initial implementation, demo it to UX designers and Anaconda folks and define next steps
