On the networking page the IP dialog currently automatically prefills prefix length and gateway based on the address that was filled in by user. Right now this automatic prefilling is only done for IPv4 addresses and only for classful addressing.

Let's support automatic prefill for both IPv4 and IPv6 and make it classless too so gateway can be automatically filled in based on the address + network mask.
