Do some initial "safety" treatment of quadlets:

• Add a label/badge (similar to toolbox)
• Disable the start/stop actions, or re-route them to systemd with our pkg/lib/service.js
• Link to the Services page for closer inspection of failures, journal, etc.
• Do quadlets have a "normal" log (podman logs containername) or do they get redirected to the journal? Depending on the outcome, make the Logs tab either show the journal or a redirect.

Bigger changes such as page rearrangements or edit support are for future/other issues.
