      By decoupling the dialogs from the shell, we can move projects like RHCERT to manage their SSH connections by themselves. That avoids loading remote cockpit packages and just allows individual frames to run channels on remote hosts, which by itself isn't a problem as long as it happens from the original login host (in conjunction with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/COCKPIT-950).

      This gives us the option of dropping the "Add host" functionality from the shell.
