      Currently users can connect to hosts that do not have cockpit installed only if

      1. They use flatpak
      2. They use ws container

      Neither of these use cases is (currently) supported on RHEL. We can either ship rhel verified flatpak or container.

      Additionally, however, "normal" users do not care about "I should use container to be able to connect to this host". They just want to click on "Add host" and this should work. The technical limitation is not to allow to connect to newer host.
