      the last recent days, the downstream sync pipeline was failing due to "virt-operator:go_parallel_test" on "main" and "release-1.8" due to resources overload.

      until cluster admin will increase the node level PID "podPidsLimit"

      the "virt-operator:go_parallel_test" has been exluded from the go-test execution
