extractBundleIdsFromSmartSheet was reading the primary Name column which always contains "hco-bundle-registry" (the component name), causing all CI-Runs bundle filtering to match 0 builds. The BundleID column contains the actual version strings (e.g. v4.22.0.rhel9-26) that match the cnv_bundle field in CI-Runs data.
